The Judges and the Local Rules Committee of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Alabama have published proposed amendments to the various Local Rules and seek public comment on the proposed changes.

The rules committee welcomes all comments, favorable or adverse, and each will be considered carefully. Such comments may be posted to the court’s Proposed Local Rules Comments page by navigating to http://almblocalrules.blogspot.com/. Comments may either be signed or posted anonymously.
