Amended Rules and Fees Effective December 1, 2016

In April 2016, Congress approved amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure with an effective date of December 1, 2016.  In addition, several national bankruptcy forms have been modified and a new fee schedule has been released.  Both the form and fee changes will also go into effect on December 1, 2016.

To highlight the changes to the rules, forms, and fees, we have attached the following summary of the amended Bankruptcy Rules and slideshow.
