The clerk's office has added a new version of Local Form 2, Notice of § 341 Meeting of Creditors. The amended version of the form should be used in those circumstances where a previously rescheuled but not yet held §341 meeting needs to be again rescheduled.  It should not be used for initially rescheduilng a §341 meeting of creditors or rescheduilng a §341 meeting of creditors where the debtor failed to appear.
