After the initial public comment period, the local rules and selected forms were substantively edited and are now available for additional public comments. This comment period will run two weeks from August 8, 2023, to close of business on August 22, 2023.
All comments should be submitted to almb_localrules@almb.uscourts.gov.
After this comment period, the local rules and chapter 13 plan will be submitted to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals for review. An effective date will be selected following the review process.
