On December 1, 2018, Rule 3002.1 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure will change to distinguish home equity line of credit changes from regular mortgages.  Local Rule 3002.1-1 will also change at the same time.  The new rule can be found here, and it will be incorporated into the local rules when they are updated.
