The Court has updated Local Forms 4 and 10 to provide more guidance on when they can be used.  Local Form 4 now specifically states that the objection to claim is for a non-governmental claim.  As a reminder, all objections to governmental claims must be set for a hearing.  Local Form 10 has been changed to better clarify when the threshold to avoid a lien has been met based on the calculations on the form.

Both forms are now available on the website and are dated 9/2024.  You should begin using the forms immediately; however, the court will allow a brief grace period. The effective date will be 9/13 and old forms used after that date will receive a submission error.
