ECF / PACER

ECF (Electronic Case Filing)

Attorneys may file petitions, motions and pleadings via the Electronic Case Files (ECF) program, provided the attorney has fulfilled training and registration requirements. Once registered, the Court will issue you a login and password which is used to file documents electronically.

PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records)

For research purposes, PACER, an electronic public access service, is your best resource. PACER allows users to obtain case and docket information from Federal Appellate, District, and Bankruptcy Courts, and the U.S. Party/Case Index.

Links to all courts are provided from the PACER web site (www.pacer.gov). Electronic access is available by registering with the PACER Service Center.
