To reduce the public's and court staff's exposure to the coronavirus, the judges of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama have signed an administrative order requiring all hearings to be held telephonically rather than in person until May 1, 2020.  This order goes into effect immediately.
