The Court has issued Administrative Order 2022-10 dealing with the compensation of debtors' attorneys in chapter 13 cases. The new order raises the presumptive attorney fee in a chapter 13 case to $4,500 for cases filed on or after October 1, 2022. Please see the order for additional details.
