Effective July 1, 2019:

Judge Creswell will take over Opelika chapter 7 and chapter 13, Montgomery chapter 7, and Dothan chapter 13 cases.

Judge Sawyer will take over Dothan chapter 7 and Montgomery chapter 13 cases.

Pending adversary proceedings will remain with the judge assigned as of July 1, 2019. Chapter 11 cases will still be assigned on a random basis.

If you continue a 341 hearing or a confirmation hearing to or beyond July 1st, remember that you must account for the judge change.
