The Court has issued Administrative Order 2024-01 dealing with the compensation of attorneys representing debtors in student loan dischargeability actions.  The new order implements a presumptive $500.00 fee for pre-litigation due diligence and $2,000.00 consensual litigation fee for student loan dischargeability cases.
