The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama is open for business despite the lapse in government funding.  All Court proceedings will continue to be held, CM/ECF is operational, and parties may continue to file documents with the Court.   In addition, we still have full customer support available during our normal business hours.
