The bankruptcy judges for Alabama Middle District have issued a new administrative order.  This new order vacates prior orders 2020-05, 2020-06, and 2020-11 and returns all hearings to in-person hearings effective October 1, 2021.  All hearings will be set for the respective division courthouse from that date forward.
