The Official Form 122A-1, Chapter 7 Statement of Your Current Montly Income, has been updated with a new revision date of 12/19.  All filings from this point forward must include the updated form, which can be found at https://www.uscourts.gov/forms/bankruptcy-forms.  Over the next two of weeks, our case administrators will call you if you filed an outdated form.  After two weeks, submission errors will be submitted.  If you have  questions, please give us a call at 334-954-3800.
