As a reminder, based on Administrative Order 2021-08, the Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama will return to in-person court hearings effective January 2, 2022. We will return to the pre-COVID schedule. Judge Creswell will hold confirmation hearings in Opelika and Dothan, and Judge Sawyer will hold confirmation hearings in Montgomery in courtroom 4D. Other hearings will continue to be held by telephone or video as scheduled by the judges.

There are no changes to the §341 Meeting of Creditors and they will continue to be conducted via Zoom.  Please check the Bankruptcy Administrator's website for information on §341 meetings.
