If your request is mailed, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
To receive copies of sealed case documents, you must present an order from the court granting access to the requested material.
Bankruptcy documents in non-sealed cases can be viewed free of charge on the court's public terminal located at the front counter in the Clerk's Office. Documents may also be retried by establishing an account on the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system at https://pacer.uscourts.gov. A nominal fee of $0.10 per page is charged if a certain limit is reached each quarter.
