The Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure has release proposed changes to the Federal Rules for Bankruptcy Procedure to go into effect December 1, 2027.  The proposed rules and supporting material can be found on the Judiciary's website at: https://www.uscourts.gov/forms-rules/proposed-amendments-published-public-comment.

The comment period runs from August 14, 2026 to February 15, 2027.
