The Court is aware that several attorneys have received emails purporting to be from a District Court that requires a response to be filed by a specific date.  These emails are not coming from an ECF system and you should not open any attachment.

The emails from our Court’s ECF system come from ECFALMB@almb.uscourts.gov and are much more detailed.  The emails that attorneys are receiving are very basic and the email address does not end in “.gov.”

Please use caution when opening emails from unknown sources that appear to be from ECF.
