Today (6/21), the Court implemented a new Administrative Order 2024-03 providing directions and adopting a new Local Form for Debtors to use when filing a Motion to Transfer Venue. Effective June 28, 2024, all Motions to Transfer Venue filed by Debtors must be filed using Local Form 13. 

Secondly, a friendly reminder that Local Rule 9013-3 that went into effect April 1, 2024, included changes to Certificate of Service requirements.  Your Certificate of Service must satisfy all of the following:

1. Must be filed within 3 business days of the related filing;
2. Must list the name AND address of all parties served; and
3. Must clearly state the method by which each party is served.  Specifically, if different parties are served by different methods, the Certificate of Service must to clearly designate the addresses or email addresses used.
