On December 1, 2025, the new Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure will take effect.  With the implementation of new Bankruptcy Rule 3002.1 and its associated official forms, the Court has created new docket events to align ECF with the new procedures.  Besides the events to docket the official forms, there are new declaration events for both motions under Rule 3002.1 (f)(1) and (g)(4) if a creditor does not file a response or responds by checking the box indicating no opposition to the facts asserted in the motion.
