The Court’s local Chapter 13 Plan has been modified to version 5 with an effective date of August 24, 2026. 

The specific modification to the Plan is in the table for Paragraph 12.2(a), Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases Assumed by Debtor(s).  If the debtor elects to have the Chapter 13 Trustee pay the lease or contract through the plan, the table now includes a column to specify how many months the trustee should pay as of the date of the petition.
