The Judicial Conference is soliciting feedback on proposed amendments to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2002, Official Form 101, and Official Form 106C.  Information on the proposed changes and how to submit comments can be found here.  The comment period is open until February 16, 2026.
