Local Form 6, the chapter 13 plan, has been updated to correct an error in the wording of paragraph 1.2 referencing paragraph 6. The "not included" box is still automatically checked and the new language advises all lien actions must be filed as separate motions.  The new form is dated 5/21/2024.
