The Court has just published new Local Form 4 - Rule 3007 - Objection to Claim and Local Form 10 - Motion to Avoid Lien.

Local Form 4 was edited to change a dropdown item to "no supporting document was attached to support a claim based on a writing."  Form 10 was modified to add "or equal to" as a condition to avoid a lien based on the computations on the form.

These new forms are now available on our website and should be used starting today.
