Since the adoption of the Local Rules on April 1, 2024, the Clerk's Office and Chambers are still noticing insufficiencies with Certificates of Service. The new Local Rule 9013-3 requires that the Certificate of Service shall clearly state the method by which each party is served and designate the mailing or email address used for those methods. Certificates of Service that generally state parties were served by "mail or CM/ECF" are insufficient.  For guidance, the Court created a template Certificate of Service and a general 9007 template that includes a Certificate of Service. Those templates are available on the Local Forms page of the Court's website.  For all 9007 filings after July 15, 2024, an order will not enter until a proper Certificate of Service is filed.
